• 3 assorted steaks

Contents

• 12-15 steaks (thickness - 3/4-1 inch)
• 1 London Broil
• 1 flank, flat iron, or skirt steak
• 10-12 lbs roasts (4 pcs) - 2 ½ - 3 ½ lbs each
• 18 lbs ground beef (in 1 lb packages)
• 2 lb chipped steak
• 3 lb cube/stew meat
